No. We do not currently store lights between seasons. Once the display comes down, the lights stay with you until the following holiday season. When you book again, we can work from the same layout or make adjustments if you would like to change the look.

Yes. Takedown is included with the service. We’ll return after the holidays to remove the lights, so you are not left waiting for a dry January day to get the ladder back out yourself.
What happens if part of my display stops working?
Let us know and we’ll come back to address it. In-season maintenance is included while your lights are installed, so if a section goes out during the holidays, you do not have to troubleshoot the problem on your own.
