Is College Pro really a fun summer job for students, recent grads and new entrepreneurs? We think so! We live by the motto: Work Hard, Play Hard, and host a number of social events throughout the year to ensure our franchisees and their house painters and window cleaning technicians have some fun.

One of our largest events culminates at the end of the production season for all of our franchisees who achieve President’s Award. The past few years this event has taken place in at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Las Vegas. Our franchisees who achieve President’s Award level traveled from across the United States and Canada to celebrate for the weekend.

Throughout the entire process, at most training sessions and multiple times through the spring and summer, College Pro has social events that range from house painter and window cleaning team member socials, to Franchisee Weekend Celebration events.

We are inspired by some of the great entrepreneurs the world has seen. Some specific quotes that inspire us to work hard so we can play harder are here:

“Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won’t so you can spend the rest of your life like most people cant.”
– Anonymous

“There is only one success- to be able to spend your life in your own way.”
– Christopher Morley

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
– Mark Twain

“The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.”
– Vince Lombardi

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”
– Steve Jobs
