At College Pro Painters, safety is our top priority and we train our franchise managers and their employees extensively on the importance of job safety; it’s a big part of delivering a rewarding customer experience and taking pride in excellent work.

There are many tools that we provide to ensure that our managers and their painters or window cleaners are safe. In addition to participation in classroom and field training, everyone must review our safety information and must pass a rigorous safety test prior to starting their job. College Pro offers additional safety information on the job site. We also ask that during each morning in the summer months of production, the manager and his or her crew review any safety issues that may be present for that day’s work.

Our safety program has been designed specifically to meet the safety needs and regulations that are part of our industry, and we reinforce this learning through practical, on-the-job examples.
