We care about you, and our managers and their crews, and want to ensure that you are protected in the event of any injuries or accidents.  Additionally, we are an EPA certified renovation firm.  In April 2008, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) required all renovation, repair and painting contractors to be certified for performing projects that disturb lead-based paint in pre-1978 homes, child-care facilities and schools. That means College Pro’s student painters and window contractors follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. As an EPA Certified Renovation Firm, we are suited to perform interior and exterior painting services for lead-based homes.

Our student managers and their crews want to ensure they provide the best service experience possible, taking all your needs and concerns into consideration.  At the start of each job, we will meet with you to review the proposal and discuss details such as:  where we can put our supplies, where we can park, children’s nap schedule so we do not disturb them, any pets, use of bathroom facilities, when is a good time each day that we can update you on our daily progress, and any other needs or concerns we should be aware of while working on your home.

We train our student managers and their employees extensively on the importance of job safety, requiring that everyone must review our materials and pass a rigorous safety test prior to starting work. Our safety program has been designed specifically to meet the safety needs and regulations that are part of our industry, and we reinforce this learning through practical, on-the-job examples.  A safe environment and job site is a big part of delivering a rewarding customer experience and taking pride in excellent work.
