 I am an Electrical Engineering major and one of my biggest concerns when I signed on to run a franchise was that the job was applicable to my future career goals. I am glad to say that is definitely the case. I recently was hired as an intern at another company, and during the interview process my answers to probably 90% of the questions started with: “One time when I was working with College Pro…”While the job was definitely the most challenging one I have ever had, I worked as hard as I could to make absolutely certain that things would turn out the way I wanted them to. My General Manager coached and helped me through the entire year, setting goals that ensured success and holding me responsible to hit those goals. Running a franchise with College Pro is unique in this way; you get out of it exactly what you put in to it. I would highly recommend running a franchise to anyone who is not afraid to work hard and take some risks. |
