Approximately one third of our student franchise managers continue with College Pro for at least another year as a franchisee. Some of our managers decide that they got out of College Pro what they wanted after one year, and some graduate and get full-time jobs.

We also look to hire all of our full-time General Managers from our franchisees. We are always looking for qualified people to move up into the GM role. The GM position builds on many of the same skills that the franchisee learns, but brings it to another level as our GMs usually oversee approximately 20 franchisees.  They are responsible for the selection, teaching, coaching and consulting of these people running their own business.
