Simply call us at 1-800-327-2468, or schedule your estimate online, and we will come to your home and provide you with a FREE, written estimate describing in detail the work to be performed. We usually require a deposit to book the work, and do not collect final payment on the work performed until the contract has been fulfilled, you are completely satisfied, and the work performed meets your standards and expectations. We offer full workers' compensation and liability insurance, plus a 2-year warranty on our painting projects, for a worry-free service experience. If you have any questions once the work is completed, our service center operates year-round and we will answer your questions at any time.

2. Do you have workers’ compensation and liability insurance?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and full Workers' Compensation Board and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverage.
3. What if I know or suspect that my house has lead-based paint?
In April 2008, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) required all renovation, repair and painting contractors to be certified for performing projects that disturb lead-based paint in pre-1978 homes, child-care facilities and schools. That means College Pro’s student painters and window contractors follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. As an EPA Certified Renovation Firm, we are suited to perform painting services for homes with existing lead-based paint.
4. What if I have a problem after the job is completed?
We'll do the job right the first time, but some homes do peel or blister within two years of being painted. If this happens to your home, call 1-800-32 PAINT (1-800-327-2468). We'll send someone to assess the work and determine whether or not it is covered by our warranty. If it is, College Pro will then schedule a time to fix the job.
5. Are the painters and technicians actual students?
Most of them are. Most live in your community and work during the summer to earn money for college or university.
6. Are the managers, painters, and technicians trained?
Our managers spend hundreds of hours during weekends and evenings in classroom and field training, learning service, painting and window cleaning skills. Additionally, each manager has weekly communication with his or her coach to continually develop business and painting and window cleaning skills. Thousands of students apply each year to become managers, and we select only the best.
Many of our painters are experienced before they arrive at College Pro, but everyone receives training on real homes under real conditions.
7. Are the painters and technicians supervised?
Yes. A Job Site Manager supervises every job. He or she is on-site and available to answer your questions.
8. What is not covered under the warranty?
Horizontal surfaces such as decks are not covered in the warranty. The reason: Horizontal surfaces take a beating from foot traffic and the elements. That’s why it is standard in the painting industry to stain and seal horizontal surfaces rather than paint them.
9. Is there anything I should know about the limitations of paint?
If the paint color you have chosen is different from the old one, it will probably require two coats (even though we use premium paints). Please note that our painting quote is for one coat unless otherwise specified; the possibility of two coats should be discussed during our first meeting with you.
